If you Honda has any miles on it what so ever, you have probably have or you are currently experiencing slow rolling windows.  Read the easy and cheap guide below to speed up those windows and decrease the chance of burning up your window motors.

1) Pick up some good lubricant.  I found Pyroil (picture 2) actually works pretty well and only costs a few dollars at your local auto parts store.

2) Roll down your windows.

3) Take the cap off the spray and put the red straw into the spray hole.

4) Spray in the window track area as shown in Picture 1.

5) Roll window up and down, repeat until it rolls up smooth.
